他在万有之先（西1：l7）。 那为阿门的，……在 神创造万物之上为元首的（启3：14）。
他是元始，是从死里首先复生的，使他可以在凡事

那召你们的既是圣洁，你们在一切所行的事上也要圣洁（彼前1：15）。 你们也晓得我们怎样劝勉你们，嘱咐你们各人。要叫你们行事对得起那召你们进他国、得他荣耀的 神（帖前2：11，12）。要叫你们宣扬那召你们出黑暗、入奇妙光明者的美德（彼前2：9）。 从前你们是暗昧的，但如今在主里面是光明的，行事为人就当像光明的子女。光明所结的果子就是一切良善、公义、诚实。总要察验何为主所喜悦的事。那暗昧无益的事，不要与人同行，倒要责备行这事的人（弗5：8…11）。靠着耶稣基督结满了仁义的果子，叫荣耀称赞归与 神（腓1：11）。 你们的光也当这样照在人前，叫他们看见你们的好行为，便将荣耀归给你们在天上的父（太5：16）。所以，你们或吃或喝，无论作什么，都要为荣耀 神而行（林前10：31）。 As he which hath called you is holy； so be ye holy in all manner of conversation。 Ye know how we exhorted 。。。 and charged every one of you； that ye would walk worthy of God； who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory。 — Ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light。

将来的事你们可以问我，至于我的众子，并我手的工作，你们可以求我命定（赛45：11）。 我也要赐给你们一个新心，将新灵放在你们里面。又从你们的肉体中除掉石心，赐给你们肉心。我必将我的灵放在你们里面，使你们顺从我的律例。主耶和华如此说：他们必为这事向我求问，我要给他们成就（结36：26，27，37）。 若是你们中间有两个人在地上同心合意地求什么事，我在天上的父必为他们成全。因为无论在哪里，有两三个人奉我的名聚会，那里就有我在他们中间（太18：19，20）。 你们当信服 神。我实在告诉你们：无论何人对这座山说：你挪开此地，投在海里！他若心里不疑惑，只信他所说的必成，就必给他成了（可11：22，23）。 Ask me of things to e concerning my sons； and concerning the work of my hands mand ye me。 A new heart 。。。 will I give you； and a new spirit will I put within you： and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh； and I will give you an heart of flesh。 And I will put my Spirit within you； and cause you to walk in my statutes。 Thus saith the Lord God； I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel； to do it for them。 If two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask； it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven。 For where two or three are gathered together in my name； there am I in the midst of them。 Have faith in God。 Verily I say unto you； That whosoever shall say unto this mountain； Be thou removed； and be thou cast into the sea； and shall not doubt in his heart； but shall believe that those things which he saith shall e to pass； he shall have whatsoever he saith。 ISA。 45：11。 Ezek。 36：26；27；37。 Matt。 18：19；20。 Mark 11：22；23。

神非人，必不致说谎；也非人子，必不致后悔（民23：19）。 众光之父，在他并没有改变，也没有转动的影儿（雅1：17）。耶稣基督昨日今日一直到永远，是一样的（来13：8）。
他的诚实是大小的盾牌（诗91：4）。 神愿意为那承受应许的人格外显明他的旨意是不更改的，就起誓为证。藉这两件不更改的事， 神决不能说谎，好叫我们这逃往避难所、持定摆在我们前头指望的人可以大得勉励（来6：17，18）。 他是信实的 神，向爱他、守他诫命的人守约，施慈爱直到千代（申7：9）。凡遵守他的约和他法度的人，耶和华都以慈爱诚实待他（诗25：10）。以雅各的 神为帮助、仰望耶和华他 神的，这人便为有福。耶和华守诚实，直到永远（诗
